sunglass industry has produced 1,300 panes measuring 2 x 2.5m for the 48 double-glazed cabins of the Ain Dubai Ferris wheel. Flat panes of glass underwent double-curvature bending to a tight radius using the gravity bending method.
These high-quality panes ensure an uninterrupted, undistorted view from each one of the 48 cabins of this new attraction in Dubai. Passengers on the Ain Dubai, which is expected to open in December 2020, can enjoy a 360° panoramic view of the sea and the city of Dubai. The 48 cabins can accommodate 1,400 passengers.
